Ad-Hoc service
Whether it’s installing a new printer or helping you with a complete office move, we provide a range of services that you can choose on an ad-hoc basis. We can either charge you by the hour or agree a fixed price up from for the work we do for you.
Fully Managed Service
A lot of our customers choose to take a managed service offering from us. With this option, we agree a scope of work, we agree a price and that’s it. The most popular option is looking after all I.T. devices for a fixed fee. The big advantage to a fully managed service is that we proactively carry out work to prevent things from going wrong.
Extending your I.T. team
You’ve already got an in-house I.T. person so the above two services are covered by them. What about when they go away? Who looks after your network? Are there periods where there is just too much work for one person but not enough to justify two? That’s where we can step in. Talk to us about your needs and we will work with you to support you existing I.T. team. We have a number of self employed I.T. professionals who chose to work alone but also use us to look after their customers when they aren’t available.
