When we have a problem, it’s reassuring when we know someone is there to help.
That’s why we don’t hide behind complicated phone systems or encourage customers to log things online. We like to reassure our customers that we have logged and understood their issue. Most of the time we can resolve the issue whilst you are on the phone. However, if we need a bit longer, we normally ask you to leave it with us and we give you realistic time frames of when the issue will be fixed.
Don’t worry though, when we have a relationship with you, we let you choose the best method of communication that suits you. Our customers generally choose between Phone, Email or even WhatsApp. Unfortunately, we no longer support carrier pigeon.
